You’re energetic, creative, and decisive. You can commit to your goals and carry on despite obstacles. Most human hang-ups are related to the first three chakras! A healthy and balance lower triangle is the foundation for a happy life. In this four-session class we learned about each of these chakras, and we did some yoga and meditation to help heal and balance them. We came away with tools to continue working with these chakras after class is over. This was a beginner-friendly class.
